Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Timbuk2 bag, but if it's not the perfect fit for your commute, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original condition. Please note that custom-made bags are built specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our gear.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your unused items with original tags attached, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
