What is the Lifetime Warranty policy?
We stand behind the legendary quality of our bags. Timbuk2 offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your bag fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please note that custom bag orders are handmade in our San Francisco factory and require an additional 5-10 business days for production before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pack. You can return unused, non-custom items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-designed bags are unique to you and are non-returnable.
How do I clean my Timbuk2 bag?
Most of our bags can be spot cleaned using a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your bag, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware. For stubborn stains, a soft nylon brush can be used.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I change or cancel my custom bag order?
Because we begin the hand-sewing process shortly after an order is placed, custom orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
